Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all bulk customized promotional & corporate gift orders from Sanzi Gift Co., Ltd.
1. Refund Available Scenarios
- We fail to finish bulk production within confirmed lead time and cannot reach supplementary delivery agreement with clients; client can apply deposit refund for unproduced goods.
- Products have serious production defects caused by our production error and cannot be repaired or reworked, we support remake free of charge or partial refund after confirmation of defective rate.
2. Non-Refundable Situation
- Customized products with client’s exclusive printed logo cannot be returned or refunded due to client’s personal preference, order cancel after production started, wrong size/design provided by clients.
- Damages caused by rough handling during international transportation are not within our refund range; clients can claim compensation from logistics carrier.
- Finished samples confirmed by clients before bulk order cannot be refunded.
3. Return Application Process
Clients need to send defect description + product real photos to info@sanzigift.com within 15 days after goods receipt, our team will verify and reply solution within 3 working days.
4. Shipping Fee for Return
Return freight is undertaken by our company if defects are from our production; return cost is on client side if return is for personal reasons.
