Step 1: Submit Inquiry & Get Formal Quotation

Our sales team will analyze your needs and send a detailed, transparent official quotation within 24 working hours with no hidden fees. Free product recommendation and custom solution support are available.
Step 2: Provide Logo File & Confirm Design Proof
You can provide logo files in AI, PDF, EPS, or high-resolution PNG format. Our in-house design team offers free artwork checking, curved surface adaptation, typesetting, and color optimization. We will create a realistic custom design proof for your confirmation. No production will start without your final approval. We also provide free simple logo redrawing if you do not have vector files.
Step 3: Pre-production Sample Confirmation (Optional)
To verify product texture, printing effect, and overall quality, you can request a pre-production sample. Samples are produced with the same materials and craftsmanship as bulk orders within 3–7 working days. The sample fee is 100% deductible from your subsequent bulk order. We support free revision and re-sampling until you are satisfied.
Step 4: Deposit Payment & Mass Production
After design or sample confirmation, you pay 30% deposit to activate formal bulk production. We will arrange exclusive production scheduling, strictly follow the confirmed design, color and craft standards, and track the whole production progress. Rush production is available for urgent marketing events and tight deadlines.
Step 5: Full QC Inspection & Balance Settlement
Once bulk production is completed, all products will undergo strict manual full quality inspection for printing accuracy, appearance integrity, product performance and packaging quality. We will send real product photos and videos for your verification. After confirmation, you settle the 70% balance payment before shipment.
Step 6: Global Shipment & After-sales Support
We support multiple shipping methods including international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight and sea freight, covering global door-to-door delivery. Complete customs clearance documents will be provided for smooth import. After shipment, we offer real-time tracking updates and professional after-sales service for all manufacturing quality issues.
