3. Pre-production Sample Related Questions
Standard sample lead time is 3–7 working days after artwork confirmation. Rush sample service is available for urgent needs.
Yes. The sample fee can be fully deducted from your first formal bulk order payment.
The international sample shipping cost is borne by the client. We will provide the most cost-effective shipping solution.
Yes. You can adjust logo details, color matching and craft solutions based on the finished sample before bulk production.

4. Bulk Production, Payment & Global Shipping
Standard bulk production lead time is 12–20 working days, depending on product type and order quantity.
Yes. We provide rush production service for urgent orders to meet your tight event schedule.
The expedited fee depends on the urgency of the order. We will provide a clear supplementary quotation for rush orders.
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment or against B/L copy.
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and other mainstream international payment methods for flexible cooperation.
We support international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight and sea freight for different budget and delivery time demands.

5. Quality Inspection, After-sales & Return Policy

For quality problems caused by our production errors, we provide free re-production, replacement or partial refund according to the defective rate.
Custom logo products are exclusive customized goods. Orders canceled after production starts are not eligible for full refund, we will negotiate a reasonable solution based on the actual production progress.
We provide effective quality warranty for manufacturing defects within normal use conditions.
Please send detailed defect descriptions and real product photos to our official email, and we will verify and reply with a solution within 3 working days.
Transportation damage is not covered by our after-sales warranty. We can assist clients to claim compensation from logistics carriers.
Yes. We will fully re-produce the goods free of charge for confirmed serious printing and production errors caused by our team.
If the bulk goods have obvious quality differences from the confirmed sample due to our production problems, we will negotiate a reasonable solution including re-production and compensation.
Yes. We support partial refund or targeted re-production for defective products without affecting qualified goods.
Artwork errors provided by clients, artificial damage, transportation damage and personal preference dissatisfaction are not covered by after-sales warranty.
