Our standard payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment or against B/L copy.

Please send detailed defect descriptions and real product photos to our official email, and we will verify and reply with a solution within 3 working days.
Transportation damage is not covered by our after-sales warranty. We can assist clients to claim compensation from logistics carriers.
